We firmly believe that, in most cases, partial remodels are a poor investment in your home. For example, a new tub in an old bathroom still leaves you with an old bathroom – and its creaky floor, discolored shower and faucet sets, and outdated cabinetry and countertops.

And, by way of example: The expense of partial remodels, like replacing a tub with the related plumbing and tile expenses, can represent a significant portion of the cost of a total remodel.

| Budget Assessment: Is Yours Realistic? |

A total bathroom remodel includes the removal of all fixtures and stripping the room to the framing studs and subfloor. All tile, sheetrock and wall insulation is removed. Then, a brand new room is built in place. |

To make it easy for you, we have “models” that are accurate estimating tools for the cost of such projects. The pricing models are based on the square footage of the room, and the number of plumbing fixtures in the room. |

Here’s a sample: For a “typical” Hall Bath with a tub/shower, commode and one sink, the complete remodeling cost, including all labor and all materials, begins at approximately $15,000.00. A completely new bathroom is provided – including lighting, medicine cabinetry, and other features not itemized here. |
